Continuous Healing Monthly Membership
This monthly membership is for those who are looking to remain consistent with their healing journey. This membership offers 2 reiki sessions per month with the opportunity to attend my weekly group meditation classes at no charge ($60 value).
Reiki guides us through these moments by promoting deep relaxation and aiding us by

With the monthly membership you will be the first to receive dates for upcoming meditation, yoga and special classes that I will be offering.

Preparing for your Reiki Treatment
Reiki helps you as much as you will allow it. By taking a few steps you can prepare your body, mind and soul for your session to help enhance your healing and relaxation potential.
- Avoid all drugs and alcohol for at least 24 hours before you session
- Hydrate well for a full day leading up to your session (24 hours)
- Refrain from caffeine and sugar for at least 3 hours before your session
- Have a light meal before the session
- Set an intention for your session. What are you ready to release?
- Trust that you will receive exactly what you need during your session
DuRing your Reiki Treatment
This session is all about you. Take the steps to make the most of our time together.
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Use the restroom prior to your session
- Be open and willing to communicate
- Ask questions and share your concerns. I am here for you.
Continue the Healing After your Reiki Treatment
Reiki healing does not stop when the session is over. Use the following suggestions to continue the healing journey
- Hydrate really well to help flush the body of toxins and stagnant energy
- Journal about your experience and anything that comes up.
- Tune in and be aware of changes in your physical body. How does your breath flow? How do you feel? Journal about it.
- Be aware of any changes in perception. Do you see any person or situation differently? How has your view on life shifted? Journal about it .
