When we are struggling with healing and recovering from trauma it takes its toll on our body, mind and soul. Each drains the essence of our life force from us often leaving us struggling even more with emotional issues, physical weaknesses and a lack of spiritual connection.

Every person has experienced trauma.  Each traumatic event is specific to the individual who experienced it and their reaction to the trauma. 

Reiki guides us through these moments by promoting deep relaxation and aiding us by

  • Assisting the body of clearing away toxins
  • Releasing stress and tension
  • Raising the vibrational frequency of the body
  • Strengthening our life force energy
  • Promoting spiritual growth and emotional clearing

During this session, we will focus on current known unhealed trauma, generational trauma or unrevealed childhood trauma. I will focus on areas of the body that have suffered physical trauma/injury. The primary focus will be releasing trauma, reducing stress and cutting any energetic cords that are obstructing emotional healing.

Preparing for your Reiki Treatment

Reiki helps you as much as you will allow it. By taking a few steps you can prepare your body, mind and soul for your session to help enhance your healing and relaxation potential. 

  • Avoid all drugs and alcohol for at least 24 hours before you session
  • Hydrate well for a full day leading up to your session (24 hours) 
  • Refrain from caffeine and sugar for at least 3 hours before your session
  • Have a light meal before the session
  • Set an intention for your session. What are you ready to release?
  • Trust that you will receive exactly what you need during your session
DuRing your Reiki Treatment

This session is all about you. Take the steps to make the most of our time together. 

  • Wear comfortable clothing 
  • Use the restroom prior to your session
  • Be open and willing to communicate
  • Ask questions and share your concerns. I am here for you.
Continue the Healing After your Reiki Treatment

Reiki healing does not stop when the session is over. Use the following suggestions to continue the healing journey

  • Hydrate really well to help flush the body of toxins and stagnant energy
  • Journal about your experience and anything that comes up. 
  • Tune in and be aware of changes in your physical body.  How does your breath flow? How do you feel? Journal about it. 
  • Be aware of any changes in perception. Do you see any person or situation differently? How has your view on life shifted? Journal about it .
