Intoduction to the Healing Art of Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and calms anxiety through gentle touch. It works on the subtle body (energetic body) strengthening our energy. It aids in balancing the mind, the body and the soul thus providing the body the opportunity to do what it does best — heal itself. During this class we will learn about the history, benefits and different tools used during a Reiki session.
